Role overview
Route Sales Executive responsible for growing the 5-gallon water business across household, corporate, retail, and HORECA channels.
The role is based in Qatar and involves in-person field sales.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly volume and revenue targets.
- Develop business opportunities and acquire customers in assigned territories.
- Conduct field prospecting, route coverage, and cold visits.
- Prepare quotations for retail and small commercial accounts.
- Manage routes to maximize market coverage and productivity.
- Coordinate with delivery and operations to ensure timely first-time supply to new customers.
- Reactivate inactive customers and strengthen retention.
- Improve route performance and generate additional sales.
- Manage dispenser placement and dispenser-to-bottle utilization.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Participate in promotions, trade activations, and local marketing initiatives.
- Submit sales reports, activity logs, and route performance updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Proven route, outdoor, or field sales track record.
- Strong customer acquisition and business development skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of territory management and route planning.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Moderate English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
Pay
- QAR 2,500 per month.
