Role overview
Simex Group seeks an experienced Chemical Engineer with hands-on memory foam manufacturing and process optimization experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize memory foam production processes.
- Operate and manage Laader Berg foam production machinery.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality while reducing waste.
- Monitor and implement quality control standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot production and equipment-related issues.
- Maintain production and quality documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in memory foam or polyurethane foam manufacturing.
- Experience with Laader Berg machines or similar foam production equipment.
- Strong knowledge of foam formulation, curing processes, and material properties.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Pay
- Pay starts at QAR 5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
