We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and technically competent Sales Engineer with proven UAE market experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, technical sales support, and relationship management within the industrial and engineering sectors.
The role requires a strong understanding of industrial machinery and engineering applications, combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE market
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business clients
- Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and product presentations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machinery and engineering solutions
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and follow up for order closures
- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, delivery schedules, and project execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports, forecasts, and CRM updates
- Support after-sales coordination and customer service activities when required
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely communication and professional support
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE market
- Experience in industrial machinery, engineering equipment, or technical product sales
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience
- Familiarity with UAE industrial and engineering sectors preferred
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of industrial machinery and engineering products
- Ability to understand technical specifications and customer applications
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage regional sales activities
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities within UAE industries
- Valid UAE/GCC driving license preferred
