Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer – Fit-Out to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fit-out solutions, construction materials, or building products sales with the ability to build strong relationships across the industry.
The role involves business development, client engagement, technical solution selling, and project coordination for fit-out and architectural projects.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fit-out and construction sector
- Generate leads through networking, market research, and industry relationships
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Client Engagement
- Develop strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, and developers
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable fit-out solutions
- Position the company as a preferred solutions provider in the market
Solution Selling
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide customized project solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations based on project specifications and budgets
Technical Expertise
- Demonstrate strong understanding of products and systems including:
- Interior & exterior shading solutions
- Acoustic ceiling systems
- Aluminum & glazing systems
- Passive fire protection products
- Explain technical features, benefits, and applications to clients effectively
Project & Sales Management
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to project completion
- Conduct site visits and attend project meetings
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and delivery
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities
Market Research & Customer Support
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and new technologies
- Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support
- Maintain long-term client relationships and customer satisfaction
Sales Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM software
- Track performance against sales targets and business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in sales within fit-out, construction, or building materials industry
- Strong technical understanding and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Preferred Skills
- UAE/GCC market experience
- Existing industry network with consultants, contractors, and developers
- Strong sales closing and business development capabilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
