Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer – Fit-Out to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fit-out sales, interior solutions, building materials, architectural products, or construction-related industries.

The role focuses on business development, project sales, client relationship management, and technical solution selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fit-out, interior solutions, and construction sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and project stakeholders.
  • Promote Euro Systems' range of fit-out and architectural solutions, including interior and exterior shading systems, acoustic ceiling systems, aluminum and glazing solutions, and passive fire protection products.
  • Understand client requirements and propose customized technical solutions aligned with project specifications and budgets.
  • Conduct site visits, project assessments, and technical presentations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and commercial offers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
  • Coordinate with engineering, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the fit-out and building materials sector.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of UAE/GCC experience in fit-out sales, building materials sales, architectural systems, interior solutions, or construction project sales.
  • Strong network with architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, and developers.
  • Technical understanding of fit-out products, architectural systems, aluminum and glazing, acoustic solutions, shading systems, or passive fire protection products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • UAE Driving License is preferred.
