Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Aluminum & Glazing to manage on-site installation activities for façade, curtain wall, and aluminum systems projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate must have strong installation supervision experience and a valid UAE Driving License for site mobility and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise installation of aluminum, glazing, curtain wall, and façade systems at project sites
- Coordinate daily site activities with foremen, installers, subcontractors, and project engineers
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, safety, and compliance
- Manage site manpower, material delivery, and installation schedules
- Resolve technical and site execution issues in coordination with project engineers
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients for site coordination
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation
- Support snagging, handover, and final inspection processes
Requirements
- 3–7 years of UAE/GCC experience in Aluminum & Glazing or Façade installation projects
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum doors/windows, and façade installation works
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation details
- Experience supervising site teams, installers, and subcontractors
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of construction site safety standards
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Ability to travel between multiple project sites as required
