Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer – Fit-Out to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in interior fit-out sales, client relationship management, and project coordination.
The role requires a proactive individual with a valid UAE driving license and the ability to generate and close sales opportunities in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the interior fit-out sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to clients
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project discussions
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for accurate project execution
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in fit-out / interior sales in UAE
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, processes, and market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling commercial, retail, or residential fit-out projects
- Existing client database in UAE market
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
