Sales Engineer

Overview

• Air Quality Monitoring Systems (AQMS)

• Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions

• Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS)

• Gas analyzers and particulate monitoring systems
• You will work directly with EPC contractors, consultants, industrial clients, and regulatory stakeholders to design and deliver compliant monitoring solutions.

Core responsibilities

• include:
• Driving technical sales and business development across industrial and environmental sectors
• Identifying and developing new project opportunities in air quality and emissions monitoring
• Preparing technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations
• Conducting site visits and technical assessments
• Supporting system selection, configuration, and solution design
• Delivering technical presentations and client-facing demos
• Ensuring alignment with environmental regulations and project specifications
• Managing long-term client relationships across the project lifecycle
• Coordinating with internal engineering and service teams for execution and support
• Candidate profile
• 3–7 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or instrumentation sales
• Strong background in environmental instrumentation or industrial monitoring systems
• Solid understanding of air quality parameters and measurement technologies
• Familiar with NDIR, PID, electrochemical sensors, and optical particle counters
• Experience working with EPCs, consultants, or government-related projects preferred
• Strong ability to interpret technical specifications and convert them into solutions
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills
• Engineering degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical discipline
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
• UAE driving license required
