Sales Engineer

About This Role

JAZEERAT AL HADEED, a leading company in the steel fabrication industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the steel fabrication field, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

-Sales and Business Development: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.

**Technical Expertise:**Possess in-depth knowledge of steel fabrication processes, materials, and products. Provide technical support to clients and assist them in choosing the right products and services.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.

**Negotiation:**Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients. Close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Analyze market potential and track sales activities against targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, specifically in the steel fabrication industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of steel fabrication processes and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license
• Immediately available for joining

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
