Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a strong understanding of Doors, Windows, Glass & Aluminum Systems to support our expanding operations and deliver tailored solutions to clients across the UAE.
Your Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions
- Present product specifications and system advantages confidently
- Prepare quotations and support commercial negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution
- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets
Requirements
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Engineering / Technical Sales
✅ Experience in Doors, Windows, Glass & Aluminum Industry (Preferred)
✅ Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills
✅ Technical problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
✅ Ability to manage client relationships professionally
✅ Bachelor’s / Associate Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering (Preferred)
✅ UAE market experience is a strong advantage
