Prepare quotations, proposals and tender documents.

Coordinate with technical and commercial teams during tender stages.

Follow up bidding results and customer feedback.
跟踪投标结果及客户反馈。
Support contract negotiations and project handover.
协助合同谈判及项目移交工作。

Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.

Provide technical clarification to customers when required.

工作任务 Tasks
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

Identify business opportunities and market risks.

内部协调关系 Key Internal Interaction Project Manager, Procurement Team, QAQC Team, Site Team, Document Controller
外部协调关系 Key External Interaction Client, EPC Contractor, Consultant, Suppliers, Subcontractor, Authorities
任职资格 Qualification & Skills Requirement
学历与专业
Education
Qualification and Major
Bachelor degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines.
工程、市场营销、商务管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
工作经验
Specific / Relevant Working Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in construction, modular buildings or EPC camp projects.
3–5年以上建筑、模块化建筑或Epc营地项目销售经验。
UAE market experience is preferred.
有阿联酋市场经验优先。
知识与能力
Abilities
Familiar with sales processes and customer relationship management.
熟悉销售流程及客户关系管理。
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
具备基本工程图纸及技术规范理解能力。
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
具备良好的沟通、谈判及演示能力。
Good English communication skills.

Other Requirements
Preferred: Existing client resources in UAE construction, camp, oil & gas or government sectors.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
