Sales Educator – Nail Division role in the UAE combining technical expertise with sales.
Use product demonstrations to drive sales, develop business, and expand salon and beauty-professional presence.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Grow salon accounts, identify new business, and introduce brands and product lines.
- Build client relationships and support retention.
- Monitor market and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Education, and Brand teams.
Qualifications and experience
- Certified Nail Technician or relevant beauty industry professional.
- 3–7 years of hands-on technical experience combined with sales exposure.
- Demonstration ability, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial understanding of pricing, promotions, and account management.
- Self-motivated and organized, with comfort working toward targets.
