Role Overview
Work in an ONSITE environment in Riyadh.
Focus on engaging with new projects to drive sales opportunities.
Support existing salons with in-salon renovations, sales closure, and meeting collection targets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the beauty and salon sector to drive sales growth.
- Visit existing salons to assess renovation opportunities, suggest improvements, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead client meetings to present project proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients and work towards achieving monthly collection targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and projects for clients.
- Prepare sales and collection reports for management review.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive activities to recommend innovative beauty project solutions.
Requirements for the Role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in project sales and business development, preferably in the beauty or salon industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
