Deliver hair care education and support salon professionals across the Northern Emirates.
Work with sales and marketing to raise technical standards, strengthen customer relationships, and support commercial success.
Education and salon support
- Conduct theory and practical product training in line with brand protocols.
- Visit clients with Sales Representatives to assess training needs and deliver customized sessions.
- Host in-salon and academy demonstrations; share training presentations, tools, and updated content.
- Schedule technical visits, demonstrations, and follow-ups; provide product guidance and collect feedback.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technical updates, and product improvements.
Sales, collaboration, and branding
- Provide technical support during client meetings and business development activities; align training with sales goals.
- Support territory events, launches, and campaigns, and communicate business challenges and opportunities internally.
- Ensure salon merchandising and shelf-planogram implementation; work with marketing on in-store branding.
- Represent Madi International at industry events, launches, and trade shows when required.
Who we're looking for
- Hairstylist with at least five years of experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Northern Emirates.
- Confident, organized, and self-motivated, with problem-solving, commercial, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about education, training, and empowering stylists.
