Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Director role based in Dubai.

The Sales Director will lead and manage the sales team, set performance targets, and oversee day-to-day sales operations to drive revenue growth across the company’s portfolio of exclusive developments.

Responsibilities

include developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities in the Dubai real estate market.

The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners, ensuring a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.

The Sales Director will collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals and to provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in Business Development, including identifying new markets, building partnerships, and expanding client portfolios.
  • Experience in Team Management, including coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing sales culture.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Previous leadership experience in real estate or a related sector in Dubai or the wider GCC region is highly beneficial.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfort with CRM systems, sales analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
