We’re looking for an HR & Talent Acquisition Executive who’s hands-on, organized, and passionate about building great teams.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Handle HR operations & employee records
- Assist with onboarding, policies & employee relations
- Support hiring for brokers & support teams
- Organize and support workplace engagement activities & team culture initiatives 🎉
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- 2–4 years in HR and/or recruitment
- Real estate experience is a plus 🏡
- Energetic, organized & people-oriented
