Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Dubai.

The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

The role involves partnering with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Day-to-day tasks include managing HR documentation, supporting learning and development initiatives, facilitating performance reviews, and handling employee concerns with discretion and fairness.

The Human Resources Manager will also contribute to culture-building activities, employee engagement programs, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), MS Office, and basic data reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to design and implement HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist or HR manager role, preferably within real estate or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • High level of integrity, discretion with confidential information, and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
