Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant role based in Dubai, focusing on secondary market luxury properties and high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients.

The Property Consultant will manage a portfolio of high-end resale properties, conduct viewings, and provide tailored advice to buyers and sellers in the secondary market.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, maintaining regular communication with HNWI clients, and delivering a consultative sales experience that aligns with their investment goals and lifestyle needs.

The role involves preparing and presenting market analyses, negotiating offers, coordinating documentation with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end transaction process.

The Property Consultant will also stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to advise clients accurately and support the company’s growth within the luxury segment.

Qualifications

  • Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and provide tailored property and investment recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships with HNWI and luxury clients.
  • Proven customer service mindset, demonstrating responsiveness, discretion, and a client-first approach across all interactions.
  • Track record in sales, ideally within luxury real estate or high-value products/services, with strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate market, preferably in Dubai, including secondary market dynamics, regulations, and transaction processes.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clientele and luxury portfolios is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic digital productivity tools (email, presentations, spreadsheets) to manage leads and pipelines effectively.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used by investors in Dubai are an advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation for property viewings and client meetings.
  • Relevant real estate certification or license (where applicable) and prior experience with Dubai’s real estate regulations are preferred.
