Role Overview
Major Developers is seeking a highly driven and strategic
Sales Director
to lead our internal sales team.
This role is critical to our continued growth and success in the UAE property market.
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales/business development managers, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets across our diverse portfolio of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the in-house sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to different projects and buyer profiles.
- Monitor team performance, provide regular coaching, and foster a results-oriented culture.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and CRM departments to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and generate detailed sales forecasts and reports.
- Work cross-functionally with project, finance, legal, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process.
- Represent Major Developers at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings as needed.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales tactics accordingly.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director role within a
- UAE-based developer.
- Deep understanding of the UAE off-plan real estate market, regulations, and buyer behavior.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing, target-driven sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools and performance reporting.
- Fluent in English and additional language skills are an advantage.
