The Role
This is a
high-impact leadership role
with full ownership of sales, team building, and market expansion in Abu Dhabi.
You will be responsible for driving revenue, scaling a team, and positioning Allegiance as a key player in the Abu Dhabi market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the
- Abu Dhabi sales division
- , driving revenue and performance
- Build, manage, and scale a
- high-performing team of real estate advisors
- Develop and execute
- market expansion strategies
- Establish strong relationships with
- developers, investors, and key stakeholders
- Identify new opportunities and stay ahead of
- market trends
- Set clear
- KPIs, targets, and performance standards
- Oversee
- day-to-day operations
- of the Abu Dhabi office
- Collaborate with senior leadership on
- commercial strategy and growth plans
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in the
- UAE real estate market
- Strong understanding of the
Abu Dhabi Market
- Track record of
- building and scaling successful sales teams
- Well-connected within the
- real estate ecosystem (developers, investors, brokers)
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly driven, commercial, and results-oriented mindset
