Overview

We are supporting a fast-growing healthtech business operating across the UAE and KSA, focused on transforming healthcare delivery through tech-enabled solutions including at-home diagnostics, wellness services, and healthcare access.

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale the B2B sales and partnerships function across the region.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building a high-performing commercial team.

You will play a key role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy across healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the B2B sales and partnerships strategy across UAE & KSA
  • Own the full sales cycle from pipeline development to deal closure
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate clients
  • Develop and structure strategic commercial partnerships
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams on go-to-market strategy
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team
  • Define KPIs and drive a strong performance-led sales culture

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Strong background in B2B sales, partnerships, or enterprise commercial roles
  • Experience in healthcare, healthtech, insurance, or related sectors preferred
  • Proven track record of building and leading sales teams
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in high-growth environments
  • UAE / GCC experience is a plus
