About This Role
Overview
- A high-growth ecommerce investment business is looking for a commercially driven Partnerships Relationship Manager to help scale a partner-led acquisition programme.
- This is not a passive account management role.
- You will be responsible for building relationships, generating deal flow, evaluating opportunities and helping drive acquisitions from initial conversation through to close.
- The role will involve:
- Building partnerships with brokers, consultants, agency owners and deal networks
- Running discovery calls and onboarding new partners
- Managing and growing an active referral pipeline
- Reviewing commercial and financial business data
- Supporting acquisition offers and negotiations
- Working directly with the founder on pipeline and partner performance
- What they are looking for:
- Strong background in sales, partnerships or business development
- Confident negotiator who knows how to move deals forward
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised and proactive
- Dubai-based and happy working full-time on-site
