Job Responsibilities

  • Establish the annual sales targets for the unit and break them down into regional sales goals; develop the annual sales plan accordingly..
  • Conduct market and customer research, formulate sales management strategies, and independently as well as collaboratively support team members in exploring and following up on projects .
  • Take charge of key account development, and lead technical exchanges and promotional activities for key projects.
  • Oversee regional technical and market promotion efforts, including technical marketing, project order acquisition, and bidding activities.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: Proven work experience with a well-known company in the same industry; minimum of 8 years of experience in well logging or downhole fiber-optic monitoring; at least 5 years of experience in technical marketing; and a minimum of 2 years of team management experience.
  • Professional Competencies: Familiarity with mainstream technologies in well logging and downhole fiber-optic monitoring, with a solid understanding of relevant processes, industry trends, and market demands.Strong technical communication, interpersonal, and business negotiation skills.
  • Other Requirements: Extensive global work experience; proficiency in English at a business communication level.
