岗位职责:

从全球范围内招聘招聘具有跨专业技能的、多语言工作能力的、全面发展的、身体素质好、立志在海外艰苦环境长期发展的特别杰出的硕士或特别突出的本科生，按专项计划培养，在全球各地的岗位获得现场经验，经多维度培养后成为管理岗位储备人才。

We recruit globally for exceptional master's graduates and outstanding undergraduates with interdisciplinary expertise, multilingual capabilities, well-rounded competencies, physical resilience, and long-term commitment to work in challenging overseas environments.

Selected candidates will enter a specialized development program, gain hands-on experience in global field assignments, and undergo multidimensional training to become future managerial talent.

任职资格:

（1）专业排名：在同班级内成绩排名前10%；

（2）主修专业外的外语水平：通过大学英语六级考试，或英语成绩托福不低于80分、雅思不低于6.0分、领思不低于160分、托业不低于785分；其他小语种取得本专业最高等级专业证书；

（3）数智技能水平：通过全国计算机等级考试，或通过CCF认证、微软认证等证明等；

（4）主修专业外技能水平：具备主修专业外的其他专业技能，可提供相应论文，证书，或学校出具的成绩单；

（5）沟通表达技能及管理经营理念：担任院、校级学生会主席或学生会核心干部；辅修过经营管理相关课程；具有文体特长或写作、演讲等专业特长；有丰富社会实践经验；

（6）身体素质：身体健康，有运动习惯；气质形象良好；符合公司体能测试要求，体检报告合格；心理健康，抗压能力强，情绪良好，能够从容面对各类问题，接受全球挑战。

（7）具有全球化工作意愿。

（8）候选人需具备至少2年的海外学习或生活经历，满足跨文化沟通能力和全球化视野。

(1) Academic Ranking: Rank within the top 10% of the class.

(2) Foreign Language Proficiency (Beyond Major): Passed CET-6, or achieved TOEFL ≥80/IELTS ≥6.0/Linguaskill ≥160/TOEIC ≥785; for other languages, obtained the highest-level professional certificate.

(3) Digital & Intelligent Skills: Passed the National Computer Rank Examination, or obtained certifications such as CCF or Microsoft.

(4) Additional Professional Skills: Demonstrated expertise beyond the major field, supported by relevant papers, certificates, or official academic transcripts.

(5) Communication & Management Competence: Served as chair or core member of college/university student union; minored in business/management courses; excelled in arts, sports, writing, or public speaking; accumulated substantial social practice experience.

(6) Physical & Mental Fitness: Good health with regular exercise habits; professional demeanor; passed company physical tests and medical examinations; mental resilience with strong stress tolerance and adaptability to global challenges.

(7) Global Mobility: Willingness to pursue international career opportunities.

(8) International Exposure: Minimum 2 years of overseas study or living experience, ensuring cross-cultural communication skills and global perspective.
