Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the company’s international talent development program and gain hands-on experience in core HR and administrative functions.
• Support overseas recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, communication, interview coordination, and recruitment data analysis.
• Participate in training and talent development programs, and assist in planning and follow-up of implementation.
• Support cross-department communication in a multilingual environment (Chinese / Arabic / English).
• Assist in optimizing HR processes to improve efficiency and standardization.
• Participate in employee relations and corporate culture activities.
• Rotate across departments and gradually take on project responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Fresh graduates of 2025 or 2026.
• Fluent in English; HSK Level 4 or above in Chinese.
• Strong communication, learning ability, and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in student activities, internships, or projects is a plus.
• Strong interest in HR and international career development with willingness for long-term training.
