The Sales Development Manager drives sales growth across assigned territories.
The Dubai-based role works with distributors and cross-functional teams on financial, brand, and market execution objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop territory sales plans, manage distributor performance, and build coverage strategies and channel plans.
- Monitor KPIs, forecasts, trade investments, and sales performance; develop joint business plans with distributors and key customers.
- Lead category, innovation, distribution, and promotional initiatives; resolve operational and capability gaps with internal partners.
- Manage orders, payments, deductions, and inventory-related matters.
Qualifications
- 7 to 10 years of sales experience, including at least 7 years managing sales through distributors.
- Proven sales planning and customer relationship experience; strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, influencing, and KPI management capabilities.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency and fluent English required; Power BI, Arabic, a bachelor’s degree, and FMCG or center-store category experience are preferred.
- Availability to travel approximately one week per month.
