Ecommerce Manager MENA

Role overview

Strategy and customer leadership

• Own the eCommerce P&L and deliver revenue, profit, and market-share targets.
• Develop annual operating plans and multi-year growth strategies; optimize pure-play, quick-commerce, and bricks-and-clicks channel mix.
• Lead key eCommerce retailer relationships, joint business plans, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals.
• Set the regional expansion roadmap, onboard customers and platforms, and build market plans with local teams and distributors.

Investment and team leadership

• Own eCommerce, ASP, and retail media budgets and lead annual investment planning with retailers and agencies.
• Drive retail media effectiveness, digital shelf excellence, and measurable return on investment.
• Lead and develop the regional eCommerce team and build market and distributor capabilities through training, tools, standards, and alignment.
• Establish a MENA community of practice to share insights, standards, and best practices.

Experience and education

• Minimum 12 years of commercial leadership experience, preferably with the majority in eCommerce sales.
• Demonstrated channel P&L ownership, operational leadership, and customer negotiation leadership in a multinational FMCG/CPG environment.
• Minimum bachelor's degree.

Languages

• Fluent English is required.
• Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
