Ecommerce Manager MENA

Role overview

Strategy and commercial ownership

• Own the full MENA eCommerce P&L and deliver revenue, profit, and market share targets.
• Develop annual operating plans and multi-year growth strategies; optimize channel mix across pure-play, quick commerce, and bricks-and-clicks.

Customer and market development

• Lead strategic relationships with major eCommerce retailers, joint business plans, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals.
• Define and execute regional expansion; identify and onboard customers, platforms, and emerging channels.
• Develop market plans with local teams and distributors to accelerate eCommerce penetration.

Investment and team leadership

• Own eCommerce, ASP, and retail media budgets and lead annual investment planning with retailers and agencies.
• Drive retail media effectiveness, digital shelf excellence, and measurable return on investment.
• Lead and develop the regional eCommerce team and build distributor and market capabilities through training, tools, and standards.
• Establish a MENA community of practice to share performance insights and best practices.

Experience and education

• At least 12 years of commercial leadership experience; most experience in eCommerce sales is preferred.
• Demonstrated channel P&L ownership, operational leadership, and customer negotiation leadership in a multinational FMCG/CPG environment.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Languages

• Fluent English is required.
• Arabic is advantageous but not mandatory.
