About Us

Job Responsibilities

• The candidate will be responsible for:
• Responding to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media
• Explaining our storage unit sizes, prices, promotions, and moving services clearly
• Following up with leads and converting inquiries into paying customers
• Scheduling facility visits and customer appointments
• Preparing quotations and sending payment/contract information to clients
• Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM or internal systems
• Providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Handling customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally
• Supporting marketing and sales campaigns when required
• Writing clear and professional WhatsApp messages, emails, and customer replies
• Coordinating with the moving team, operations team, and management

Candidate Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have:
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong English writing skills for WhatsApp, emails, and client communication
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience as a **Sales Representative**, **Customer Service Representative**, or similar role
• Strong understanding of basic sales and marketing principles
• Ability to communicate professionally with different types of customers
• Confidence in handling calls, follow-ups, and customer objections
• Good organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer inquiries
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Must be eligible to obtain a UAE employment visa
• References from previous employers are required

• Ability to speak additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, or Farsi
