Marketing Copywriter & Behavioral Advertising Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-converting ad copy for Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, landing pages, website pages, and social media campaigns.
• Create headlines, descriptions, captions, hooks, CTAs, and promotional messages.
• Use psychology and consumer behavior principles to improve advertising performance.
• Develop copy that creates curiosity, trust, urgency, and strong customer interest.
• Work with the marketing team to test different ad angles and messaging strategies.
• Analyze ad performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Suggest improvements based on click-through rates, conversion rates, lead quality, and customer behavior.
• Support keyword-based advertising campaigns, especially for Google Search Ads.
• Help improve website and landing page conversion rates through better copy and structure.
• Review competitors’ advertising and identify opportunities to create stronger messaging.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a background in **Psychology, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field**.
• Educational background or professional training in **copywriting**.
• Strong understanding of **human behavior, consumer psychology, and decision-making**.
• Good knowledge of **marketing and advertising principles**.
• Experience writing copy for digital ads, landing pages, websites, email, or social media.
• Experience using **Google Ads / Google AdWords**.
• Experience using **Google Analytics** to review campaign and website performance.
• Strong English writing skills.
• Ability to write clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused copy.
• Ability to create different messaging angles for different customer segments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, or display advertising.
• Understanding of SEO and keyword-based copywriting.
• Experience writing for service-based businesses.
• Knowledge of A/B testing for headlines, ad copy, and landing pages.
• Ability to write both short-form and long-form copy.
• Experience in creating curiosity-driven or direct-response advertising.
