Job Overview
PurpleBox Storage is looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, converting leads into rentals, following up with prospects, and helping customers choose the right storage solution for their needs.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in sales, enjoys speaking with people, follows up consistently, and can explain the value of our storage services clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads from phone calls, WhatsApp, website inquiries, and walk-in customers
- Explain PurpleBox Storage services, unit sizes, pricing, promotions, and rental terms
- Help customers choose the right storage unit based on their needs
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer activity in the CRM system
- Prepare quotations and assist customers with onboarding and move-in process
- Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth customer move-ins and move-outs
- Build relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service throughout their rental period
- Support upselling of additional products and services such as packing supplies, locks, insurance, and moving assistance
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to occupancy growth
- Monitor customer feedback and report market trends or competitor activity to management
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling sales over phone, WhatsApp, and in person
- Strong follow-up and closing skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads at once
- Basic computer skills and experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and email
- Professional appearance and attitude
- English fluency required; Arabic is a plus
- Previous experience in self-storage, real estate, leasing, hospitality, or retail sales is an advantage
