Company Overview
We are looking for a creative and skilled **Videographer / Video Editor** to join our team full-time.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how to create engaging video content for social media and can manage the full process from idea development to filming, editing, publishing, and performance tracking.
Role Objective
- The main objective of this role is to create high-quality video content that helps build brand awareness, attract customers, and improve engagement across social media platforms.
- The person in this role will be responsible for:
- Coming up with creative video ideas and scenarios
- Shooting high-quality videos
- Editing videos professionally
- Publishing content on social media platforms
- Tracking performance and improving future content based on results
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative video concepts, scripts, and scenarios for social media content
- Shoot videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn
- Edit videos professionally with strong attention to detail, pacing, sound, captions, transitions, and overall quality
- Create short-form and long-form content suitable for different platforms
- Understand the correct video formats, dimensions, trends, and posting styles for each platform
- Use AI tools to generate ideas, improve scripts, plan content, and speed up the creative process
- Publish videos across social media platforms when required
- Track video performance, including views, engagement, leads, comments, reach, and conversions
- Suggest improvements based on content performance
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content styles, editing techniques, and platform changes
- Work closely with the marketing and management team to create content that supports business goals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a videographer, video editor, content creator, or similar role
- Strong video editing skills are essential
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of short-form video content, reels, stories, shorts, and social media ads
- Ability to shoot clean, professional-looking videos using a camera or high-quality phone setup
- Expert knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools
- Good understanding of lighting, sound, framing, angles, and storytelling
- Creative mindset with the ability to come up with new content ideas regularly
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or other creative tools to generate content ideas and scripts
- Ability to work full-time and manage multiple video projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- Experience with social media ads and performance-based content
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
- Experience adding captions, motion graphics, text overlays, and sound effects
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance tracking
- Ability to create content that looks professional but also feels natural and engaging
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is not just a camera operator or editor, but a creative content person who understands how social media works.
The ideal candidate should be able to think of strong video ideas, shoot them properly, edit them professionally, and understand which type of content performs best on each platform.
Editing quality is extremely important for this role.
The right candidate must be highly skilled in editing and able to produce clean, modern, engaging videos that match current social media standards.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
