Role overview

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage inquiries received by phone, email, and social media.
• Provide accurate information about immigration and visa services for global destinations.
• Tailor approved templates to clients' backgrounds, goals, and eligibility.
• Explain immigration programs, policies, and pathways clearly.
• Maintain client relationships with consistent support and follow-ups.
• Convert prospects into paying clients, finalize agreements, and meet revenue goals ethically.
• Handle sensitive documents and case details discreetly, meeting deadlines and contractual commitments.
• Balance multiple client cases, calls, and administrative tasks.

Candidate profile

• Proven experience in sales, consulting, or client advisory roles with a strong closing record.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including explaining complex immigration processes clearly.
• Collaborative and effective in a goal-driven environment.
• Customer-focused and able to perform under pressure.
• Motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets.
• Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, or Bengali is preferred.

Compensation

• Salary is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
