Role Overview
The position is described as PRO / Legal Advisor and PRO / Legal Compliance Officer.
The role manages government-related matters and provides legal support to help ensure compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Manage MOHRE matters, including labour contracts, work permits, labour complaints, and related procedures.
- Handle visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and coordination with immigration and other government authorities.
- Assist with judicial and legal matters, including complaints and disputes.
- Support client agreement negotiations and resolve contractual issues.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.
- Renew company licenses, legal documents, permits, and registrations on time.
- Liaise with government departments, legal authorities, and external legal consultants as needed.
- Maintain legal and government documentation records and inform management about relevant UAE law updates.
Experience and Requirements
- A good understanding of UAE laws and legal frameworks is required.
- Prior experience in UAE PRO and legal-related roles is preferred; five years of PRO experience is also listed as preferred.
- Additional languages are an advantage.
Skills
