Role Overview
The employer is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive.
The role requires strong knowledge of data management and MS Excel, analytical ability, eagerness to learn, and interest in building a career in the immigration industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and maintain operational data and records.
- Prepare Excel reports, MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Perform data mining, data analysis, and data validation.
- Monitor and follow up on pending operational tasks and cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify data discrepancies and maintain accuracy.
- Learn and understand immigration processes and documentation.
- Support management with reports and other operational requirements.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
- Experience in data mining, reporting, and handling large datasets.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn new tools, processes, and skills.
- Strong interest in the immigration or migration industry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Prior operations or MIS experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,500 to AED 3,500 per month.
Work Location
- The work location is in person.
