The description places the team in Oman, while the stored location identifies Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls with prospective clients about immigration and visa services.
- Assess client requirements, career goals, and eligibility and recommend suitable visa options.
- Counsel clients about permanent residency, work permits, and other visa programs across multiple countries.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients and follow up through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Handle objections, negotiate, close deals, convert qualified leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, client discussions, and sales activity.
- Coordinate client handovers with internal teams and handle client information professionally, confidentially, and ethically.
- Manage multiple leads and follow-ups in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, customer service, a client-facing role, or the banking sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills; comfortable making high-volume calls.
- Able to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, or Punjabi is required.
- Immigration or visa industry experience is advantageous; candidates with strong sales backgrounds are also encouraged.
Compensation
- Pay is SAR 3,000–4,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
