The employer seeks a confident, persuasive, target-driven Immigration Sales Consultant for visa and immigration programs across multiple countries.
The role is focused on counselling prospective clients and converting qualified leads into customers.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound and handle inbound calls about immigration and visa services.
- Assess client requirements, career goals, and eligibility; recommend suitable visa options.
- Counsel clients about permanent residency, work permits, and other visa programs.
- Build client relationships; follow up through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Handle objections, negotiate, close deals, convert qualified leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate call, follow-up, client discussion, and sales records.
- Coordinate client handovers with internal teams after conversion.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards, and manage multiple leads in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in sales, telecalling, counselling, customer service, client-facing roles, or the banking sector.
- Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills; comfortable with high-volume calling.
- Able to understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, or Punjabi is required; these are alternatives.
- Immigration or visa industry experience is advantageous; candidates with strong sales backgrounds are also encouraged.
Pay
- Pay is 3,000–4,000 riyals per month.
