Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role located in Riyadh.

The Sales Coordinator will support sales operations by managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.

The role involves ensuring timely follow-ups, handling order processing, preparing reports, and strengthening relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage and streamline workflows efficiently.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and fostering positive client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate within teams and with clients effectively.
  • Understanding of sales processes and tools to support sales activities.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in a related field or industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing
