Job Overview

As a Sales Coordinator at Dingli KSA, you will support the sales team in daily operations and customer relationship management, with a strong emphasis on

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in processing orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining sales records, with special attention to import-related documentation and customs procedures
  • Prepare accurate quotations for customers and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status, including import shipments and logistics updates
  • Coordinate import customs clearance and logistics with internal departments (logistics, production, finance) and external agents to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing
  • Prepare sales reports and monitor sales activities to support sales performance analysis
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends to assist customers effectively
  • Support day-to-day administrative duties, including document handling, correspondence, and office supply management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in import customs clearance and logistics coordination
  • Solid experience in order follow-up for industrial manufacturing enterprises or trading companies
  • Fluent English in listening and speaking (mandatory)
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM/ERP software
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
