Supports the sales team through order processing, data management, and sales reporting.
The role calls for strong Excel proficiency, numerical confidence, and accurate customer- and vendor-facing reports.
Sales operations and order processing
- Process sales orders accurately and promptly in line with agreed pricing, terms, and allocations.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and warehouse teams to support order execution and delivery.
- Monitor order status, manage backorders, and proactively flag issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, pricing, customer details, and contractual terms.
Sales support and reporting
- Provide daily operational support to the sales team and assist account managers with follow-ups, data requests, and coordination.
- Prepare regular sales reports for customers and vendors.
- Create and maintain Excel dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries; deliver accurate, consistent reports on time.
Skills and competencies
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, charts, and large datasets.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational and time-management abilities.
- Able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and communicate across functions.
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented.
Pay
- AED 5,000–5,500 per month.
