Retail sales role focused on gaming products and customer service.
Candidate requirement
- Gaming knowledge and knowledge of gaming products are explicitly required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, answer questions, and provide service that improves engagement with merchandise.
- Operate cash registers, manage financial transactions, and balance drawers.
- Meet established goals and increase in-store sales.
- Direct customers to merchandise and provide strong product knowledge.
- Introduce promotions and cross-sell products to increase purchases.
- Keep the sales floor orderly.
Work schedule
- The schedule is six days per week with one day off.
- Shifts are rostered, nine hours including a one-hour break.
- Transfers within the region may be required based on business needs.
- The stated notice period is one month.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
