Freelance Retention & CRO Designer role focused on improving eCommerce customer experience and conversions.
The role combines creative design, hands-on marketing automation, and conversion-focused UI/UX expertise.
What you'll work on
- Design and build automated email journeys and marketing campaigns.
- Set up campaigns in Klaviyo, MoEngage, or similar platforms.
- Create high-fidelity Figma designs for product pages, cart, checkout, and landing pages.
- Develop conversion-focused design variations for A/B testing.
- Improve customer retention and the overall online shopping experience.
What the employer is looking for
- Around 3 years of relevant eCommerce or retail design experience.
- Hands-on email automation and retention marketing experience.
- Strong Figma, HTML/CSS, and CRO/UI/UX skills.
- Portfolio showcasing real email flows and conversion-focused design work.
- Immediate availability.
Work arrangement
- Dubai is preferred; remote candidates are considered.
- Work is described as hybrid remote in Jebel Ali Freezone, with a monthly in-person Dubai office meeting if required.
Engagement and compensation
- Freelance engagement, with full-time or part-time availability considered.
- Monthly fee of AED 4,000–6,000, subject to agreed hours and scope.
- Initial 1–3 month engagement with potential extension.
