Listing & Cataloguing Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain product listings across GCC eCommerce platforms, from product data to publication.
• Write consistent, search-friendly titles, descriptions, specifications, and tags; accurately set up variants, bundles, editions, platforms, and regional attributes.
• Manage pre-order, release-date, and launch listings so they publish on schedule.
• Check live-page prices, stock, images, and promotions and correct errors; source and review product imagery, video, and manufacturer content.
• Maintain category trees, filters, and attributes; audit for duplicates, missing data, incorrect categories, and thin content.
• Coordinate campaign and launch readiness across buying, merchandising, content, and marketing; report catalogue KPIs and maintain listing standards.

Must-have qualifications

• Two to three years in listing, cataloguing, or content operations for an eCommerce or omnichannel retailer.
• Strong Magento or Shopify Plus and product-data knowledge, including bulk uploads, attributes, variants, and category mapping.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including lookups, filters, and large datasets.
• Excellent attention to detail, structured working habits, and strong English product writing.
• Able to learn quickly, handle high volumes under launch deadlines, and work with multiple teams and vendors.

Preferred qualifications

• Gaming-category cataloguing experience and first-hand knowledge of gaming platforms, genres, editions, franchises, and release cycles are strongly preferred.
• PIM, ERP, or marketplace listing tool experience and SEO knowledge for product pages are preferred; Arabic is a plus.
• Already being based in Dubai and being able to join at short notice are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 6,000 per month.
