Role Overview
Geekay Group is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team through order processing, data management, and sales reporting.
The role requires strong Excel proficiency, comfort working with numbers, and the ability to produce accurate reports for customers and vendors.
Sales Operations and Order Processing
- Process sales orders accurately and on time in line with agreed pricing, terms, and allocations.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, logistics, and warehouse teams to support order execution and delivery.
- Monitor order status, manage backorders, and flag issues or delays to the sales team.
- Maintain records of orders, pricing, customer details, and contractual terms.
Sales Support
- Provide daily operational support to the sales team.
- Support account managers with follow-ups, data requests, and internal coordination.
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Prepare regular sales reports for customers and vendors.
- Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards, trackers, and performance summaries.
- Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and delivered within agreed timelines.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data validation, charts, and large datasets.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset.
Compensation
- The monthly pay range is AED 5,000 to AED 5,500.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in Dubai.
Employment
- The position is full-time.
