Operating with agility and precision across the GCC, our team connects global suppliers with local demand—managing logistics, documentation, and client relationships to ensure on-time, compliant delivery.
We’re scaling our commercial operations and seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to become the engine behind sales execution and client satisfaction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and track sales orders from quote to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across ERP, email, and CRM systems.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to align shipment schedules, documentation, and invoicing with client deadlines.
- Prepare commercial documents (Proforma Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin) and ensure compliance with UAE customs and regional trade regulations.
- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries—providing order status updates, resolving discrepancies, and escalating issues to sales managers.
- Monitor sales pipeline progress, update CRM records daily, and generate weekly sales activity reports for management review.
- Support the sales team with proposals, presentations, and competitive pricing sheets for key accounts and tenders.
Must-Have
- Microsoft Excel
- CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Commercial documentation (Proforma Invoice, COO, Packing List)
- UAE customs procedures
- Order processing
- Client communication
- Logistics coordination
Preferred
- Experience with GCC trade regulations
- Arabic language proficiency
- Import/Export documentation in Arabic/English
