- Adept at coordinating with technical teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient project execution and outstanding service delivery.
- Prepare and manage
- quotations, proposals, and technical submissions
- for IT/ELV solutions including networking, cybersecurity, servers, CCTV, access control, and communication systems.
- Support the sales team in RFP/RFQ responses, compliance documentation, and vendor registrations with major clients.
- Handle
- CRM, sales pipeline updates,
- and maintain accurate pricing and product databases.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams for
- order processing, purchase requisitions, and invoicing
- .
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and OEMs to ensure timely delivery of information and services.
- Schedule client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups to support business development activities.
- Generate MIS reports, sales analytics, and forecasts for management review.
• Proposal & Tender Documentation
- Technical Product Knowledge (Networking, Cybersecurity, Servers, ELV)
• Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
