- Sales Coordinator’s basic responsibilities include:
- Coordinate sales activities and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Source and identify available properties from landlords, property owners, and other channels
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of sales transactions.
- Handle customer communications via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare sales reports and track leads, bookings, and conversions.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and property viewings
- Ensure all required documents are collected and processed on time.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Knowledge of the real estate market and property sourcing is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
