Coordinate and oversee daily administrative and sales-related activities to ensure smooth business operations.
Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, sales activities, contracts, invoices, and company documents.
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, proposals, agreements, and reports.
Follow up with clients regarding payments, renewals, contract documentation, and service requests.
Monitor sales leads, track opportunities, and ensure timely updates within the CRM or reporting system.
Maintain clear communication between clients, sales representatives, management, and other departments.
Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing correspondence with clients and partners.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and organization of all business records and customer information.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall team productivity.
Job Experience Requirements
Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience
in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and responsible approach to work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and online business tools.
Ability to prepare reports, maintain records, and manage documentation accurately.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and customer requests.
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
