Overview

  • **Role - Sales Coordinator**
  • **Working days: 6 days from Monday to Saturday**
  • **Working hours: 9 AM to 6 PM including 1h lunch break**
  • **Experience: must have a knowledge with E-commerce like Amazon portal.**

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer and partner orders through online platforms and ERP systems.
  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with logistics teams for timely deliveries.
  • Prepare quotations, credit notes, rebates, and commission adjustments.
  • Provide sales and after-sales support to customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records, expenses, and sales documentation.
  • Assist with sales reporting, incentive tracking, and partner performance analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, or Sales Operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP, and CRM systems.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
