Target Qatar is a leading trading, manufacturing, and contracting company specializing in high-quality wood, metal, stainless steel, and fit-out solutions.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Wood Division and contribute to the successful delivery of customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and sales documentation.
- Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, approvals, and order status.
- Coordinate with estimation, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales pipelines, and databases.
- Track order progress and ensure accurate documentation throughout the sales cycle.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a sales coordination role, preferably within the wood, joinery, fit-out, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of wood products, joinery works, and project-based sales processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements
- Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.
- Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
- Experience in the local wood, joinery, fit-out, or construction industry is an advantage.
- Candidates with transferable sponsorship are encouraged to apply.
- Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
